As an attorney and certified mediator since 2005, Mr. McMullen has remained passionate about expanding access to fair, efficient dispute resolution across Texas, and that's why he continues to volunteer his time to help numerous Texas counties establish their our mediation systems.

As a certified impartial third party with advanced family mediation training, pursuant to Chapter 154 of the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code, Mr. McMullen offers more affordable services as a mediator of cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, divorce, child custody, landlord-tenant, business issues, property (damage or infringement), debt, small claims, and other similar disputes. Additionally, Mr. McMullen is on the Approved List of Mediators for both Gregg and Harrison counties.
